Coastal Salt Box subscriptions are priced as follows: $29.99 per month for our standard box, $49.99 per month for our PRO box, and $69.99 per month for our Tournament box. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Consider the amount typically spent each month at a tackle shop, which averages between $30 and $50. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

If you decide you no longer want to receive a Coastal Salt Box each month, you can easily cancel by logging into your account. You also have the option to pause, skip, or cancel while logged in. Please note that if you cancel but have remaining boxes from your previous order, we will continue to ship out any remaining boxes you are owed.

I Stopped My Subscription, Why Am I Still Receiving Coastal Salt Boxes?

If you have canceled your subscription but are still receiving boxes, it may be due to completing the subscription term that was paid for. For example, if you cancel a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription before it expires, we will continue sending you boxes to fulfill the remaining paid duration.

Do You Ship to Canada?

Currently, we do not offer shipping to Canada.

What Day Of The Month Are Payments Processed and Boxes Shipped?

Payments are processed on the 15th day of each month, and we ship all monthly boxes at the end of the month.

There is no specific deadline for ordering. We ship the first box within 1-3 days after your order, and subsequent boxes are shipped at the end of the following month.

What is the Warranty Time-Line?

We provide a 3-year warranty for all Coastal Rods and Gomexus Reels.
