I'm originally from Virginia but I have traveled around quite a bit. I've been fishing for the past twelve years or so while working as an elementary /middle school teacher. I would spend my breaks, holidays, and just about every second in between on the water or trying to finagle a way to cash in a personal day so I could fish. This love for the ocean inspired me to leave my teaching job to pursue a career that would allow me to work on boats and spend more time fishing! Following my dreams, I now work as a freelance mate and stewardess in Morehead City, NC. Trying to make a name for myself in this industry, be taken seriously, get the opportunity to fish tournaments, catch fish, and have fun on the water is really important to me!!! Due to my upbringing and professional endeavors, I try to take a little more modest approach and I hope my social media content reflect that. I like to let the fish tell the story!
